I stayed at this hotel on a trip to Eastbourne and found it to have some positives like convenient location near the pier and town centre, as well as friendly staff. However, the rooms were only accessible by stairs at the top of the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was mixed with lovely food but some limitations, and I was disappointed that I won't be staying there again on future visits.
